They finally arrived- a very long day and a very tired little boy! He fell asleep in the car on the way home but woke up in just enough time to surprise Grandma and Grandpa!
The next day, we went to lunch at Chicken Bar and Aunt Noelle joined us. It was great food and fun conversations!
Say cheese everyone!
After lunch, we walked to B & R for some dessert. Mom- can I have sprinkles?
This is my sophisticated sister. And she wonders why there are never any pictures taken of her!
Noelle and I got Pink Bubble Gum ice cream. It tasted just like it did when we would go to B & R on Sherwood Forest Blvd after church. But look at Mom's face... she wasn't getting any ice cream and for some reason, we all decided that "she wasn't allowed to have any." Then we felt guilty and ...
Noelle shared...
and Dad shared...
Della shared...
I shared...
but Kyle said "I share with no one. Look but don't touch the ice cream!" LOL
After ice cream, we went to Fred Meyer for a little shopping. Kyle got a new shirt that came with a Transformer (please forgive me if I got the name of the toy wrong).
Della really wanted to go to Roloff Farm and it is very close to us but when we checked, they are only open in October. Then she said, "well, I really just want my picture by the sign!" So off we went and there we landed. I took plenty of pictures to make sure she had a good one. No one else would stand by the sign, tho :(
